The location is stunning and incredible, within walking distance of everywhere. Walking distance to a market and various stores across the street. The room is newly renovated with a marble bathroom. The staff is caring and attentive.

It's a first-ratefamily-friendly hotel nestled in an elegant style building. The rooms are stocked and brand-new with a beautiful sunrise view, closets and bathrooms. The breakfast offers lots of coffee, milk, pastries, pancakes, and hot waffles. The property has ideal location to Horseshoe bay which was nice and very professional and highly professional employees from check-in to check-out.

Great spot right by several beaches, the gym, and an annual Bridge tournament. You can also hang out at The Dock at The Waterlot Inn nearby - awesome place to relax. 🌴

The hotel is fairly clean. The team members were really good and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is marvellous and stunning for exploring Dive Bermuda, which is at a moderate distance from the property. I really enjoyed the lively area.

Outstanding food, responsive staff from check-in to check-out. Brand-new and airy room, spacious bed and pillows. Unbeatableremote location and awesome and marvellous breakfast. Good restaurant at a medium distance from the hotel.

Incredibly nice staff, beautiful hotel with amazing views, large and clean rooms, easily accessible beach and waterfront accommodations, frequent shuttle service to the beach and dock.

We liked the amenities and the service provided. It was very clean and great with an infant.

Paying for everything little thing gets old and adds a lot to the final bill.

The breakfast had a great variety of food like coffee, milk, pastries, pancakes, and hot waffles. The room was fantastic, the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Horseshoe Bay Beach.

BEACH

POOL IS VERY OUTDATED, TOO SMALL

The hotel is a good home base for a trip in Southampton. You can have a continental breakfast in the lounge area. It offers a great and stunning location just off Bermuda & the Fairmont and Horseshoe Bay Beach. The elegant restaurant near the beach is lovely and iconic.

Excellent concierge service, very helpful and polite. Free and regular shuttle buses for beach, restaurants, etc.

Thought front desk staff could have been more helpful. Booked a king bed deluxe through Booked.net but was told on check in that this had not been communicated to Fairmont and so I had been put in a twin bed room. Given I was booked in for 11 nights with my girlfriend I requested being moved to a king bed room when available (as paid for) but was told I could only upgrade and pay more to have a King Deluxe on the Gold level... very disappointing customer service. As someone who travels a lot for business, I would take my business elsewhere next time in Bermuda, to a company I now looks after customers better from my own experience. To be fair, this was the only bad thing really encountered (although it was very important to me) and the hotel itself was excellent, so I would not put people off staying here. I will just be trying somewhere else (for better or worse) next time around.
